A validációs aktivitás vizsgálatok útján történő megerősítések szerzését jelenti. Cégünk, a módszertani értékelés és érvényesítési tevékenysége során az európai E-OCVM módszertant alkalmazza. Az érvényesítés alapvetően arra a kérdésre ad választ, hogy hasznos-e egy új elgondolás. A fejlesztések korai szakaszában azt a kérdést megválaszolván, miszerint hogy a megfelelő rendszert építjük-e: számos kérdést lehet tisztázni egy projekt kezdeti időszakában. Az érvényesítés világosan elkülönül a teszteléstől, ami arra a kérdésre adja meg a választ, hogy megfelelően építjük-e a rendszert.
Tekintettel a rendelkezésre álló gyakorlati tudásra (pilóták, légi irányítók, repülőtéri és kiszolgálási szakemberek), a Slot Consulting olyan események szervezését vállalja, vagy azok szervezésében tud segítséget nyújtani, amelyek célja valamilyen elgondolás, rendszer vagy megoldás értékelése.
